תנאי שימוש ומדיניות פרטיות
ברוכים הבאים לאתר shelanu.co.il (להלן: ״האתר״), המופעל על ידי שלנו — חברה לתועלת הציבור (להלן: ״החברה״, ״אנחנו״). מסמך זה מסדיר את השימוש באתר, לרבות אזור החשבון בו, ואת השימוש בפלטפורמת האירועים של החברה (ראו סעיף 5), וכן את האופן שבו אנו מטפלים במידע שנמסר לנו דרכם. הגלישה באתר והשימוש בו מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה; אם אינכם מסכימים להם, אנא הימנעו משימוש באתר. המסמך מנוסח בלשון רבים מטעמי נוחות ופונה לכל אדם.
1. מהות האתר
האתר הוא אתר מידע של החברה. הוא מציג את מטרות היוזמה, עקרונותיה, תוכניות הפעולה שלה ואת הדרכים להצטרף אליה כשותפים. האתר אינו מוכר מוצרים או שירותים ואינו גובה תשלום.
הנתונים, היעדים, התקציבים והתחזיות המוצגים באתר משקפים את תוכניות החברה ואת מיטב ידיעתה במועד פרסומם, והם עשויים להשתנות. אין לראות בתוכן האתר הצעה, התחייבות, ייעוץ מקצועי או מצג מחייב מכל סוג, וכל התקשרות עם החברה תיעשה בהסכם נפרד ובכתב.
2. טופס יצירת הקשר והמידע שנאסף
באתר טופס ״השארת פרטים״ המאפשר לפנות אלינו. בטופס אנו מבקשים שם מלא וכתובת אימייל (שדות חובה), ובאופן אופציונלי שם ארגון או קרן והודעה חופשית. יחד עם הפנייה נשמרת גם שפת האתר שבה מולא הטופס ומועד השליחה.
לא חלה עליכם חובה חוקית למסור פרטים אלה; מסירתם תלויה ברצונכם ובהסכמתכם. עם זאת, בלי שם וכתובת אימייל לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.
המידע נאסף למטרה אחת: לחזור אליכם בעניין פנייתכם, להציג לכם את חומרי הרקע של היוזמה ולנהל עמכם את הקשר בנוגע לשותפות. לא נשתמש בו לדיוור פרסומי ולא נעביר אותו לצדדים שלישיים, למעט:
- ספקי השירות המאחסנים ומפעילים עבורנו את מערכות האתר ואת שירות שליחת הדוא״ל, ורק לצורך הפעלתם (ראו סעיף 6);
- כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין, צו שיפוטי או דרישה של רשות מוסמכת.
הפרטים נשמרים במאגר של החברה המאוחסן אצל ספק ענן בשרתים באיחוד האירופי, והגישה אליהם מוגבלת לצוות החברה המטפל בפניות. עם קבלת פנייה נשלחת לצוות, באמצעות שירות שליחת הדוא״ל, הודעה הכוללת את פרטי הפנייה. אנו שומרים את הפרטים כל עוד הם נדרשים לניהול הקשר עמכם, או עד שתבקשו למחוק אותם.
3. חשבון משתמש באתר
באזור החשבון באתר (shelanu.co.il/account) ניתן לפתוח חשבון משתמש כדי להקים ולנהל אירועים של החברה. בעת פתיחת החשבון אנו מבקשים שם מלא וכתובת אימייל. כתובת האימייל מאומתת באמצעות קישור שנשלח אליה, ורק לאחר מכן ניתן לבחור סיסמה. בחירת סיסמה אינה חובה: במקומה ניתן להיכנס באמצעות קישור שנשלח בדוא״ל או באמצעות חשבון Google (ראו סעיף 4).
במסגרת החשבון אנו שומרים:
- את פרטי החשבון: שם וכתובת אימייל, ובאופן אופציונלי מספר טלפון ושם ארגון, וכן את שפת הממשק המועדפת עליכם;
- את הסיסמה, אם בחרתם בה, בצורה מוצפנת חד-כיוונית בלבד, כך שאיש, לרבות צוות החברה, אינו יכול לשחזר אותה;
- את פרטי האירועים שהקמתם, לרבות התשובות שמסרתם בעת הקמתם (כגון סוג הקהל, היקף המשתתפים, שם האירוע, שמות הקבוצות ומועד האירוע);
- את מועד פתיחת החשבון, מועד אימות כתובת האימייל, מועד הכניסה האחרונה ומועד הסכמתכם לתנאים אלה;
- לגבי כל מכשיר המחובר לחשבון: תיאור הדפדפן ומערכת ההפעלה, אופן הכניסה ומועד הפעילות האחרונה, כדי שתוכלו לראות את המכשירים המחוברים ולנתק אותם. כתובת ה-IP אינה נשמרת יחד עם פרטים אלה.
הדוא״ל שאנו שולחים במסגרת החשבון הוא תפעולי בלבד: אימות כתובת, קישורי כניסה, איפוס סיסמה והודעות אבטחה, למשל על שינוי סיסמה או כתובת אימייל. לא נשלח אליכם דיוור פרסומי ללא הסכמתכם המפורשת.
המידע משמש להפעלת החשבון והאירועים שלכם, לאבטחתם, ליצירת קשר בנוגע אליהם ולמניעת שימוש לרעה. הוא נשמר במאגר החברה, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי, ולא יועבר לצדדים שלישיים, למעט ספקי השירות המפורטים בסעיף 6 וכאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין.
תוכלו לעדכן את פרטיכם ולמחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך אזור החשבון. מחיקת החשבון מוחקת את פרטי החשבון, את המכשירים המחוברים ואת חשבון Google המקושר אליו. אירועים שהקמתם אינם נמחקים אוטומטית עם מחיקת החשבון; ניתן למחוק אותם מתוך ״האירועים שלי״ לפני כן, או לפנות אלינו. חשבון שכתובת האימייל שלו לא אומתה בתוך 7 ימים נמחק אוטומטית.
לצורכי אבטחה ומניעת שימוש לרעה אנו שומרים יומן של פעולות רגישות בחשבון (כגון פתיחת חשבון, כניסה, שינוי סיסמה או כתובת אימייל ומחיקת חשבון), הכולל את כתובת האימייל של החשבון. כל רישום ביומן נמחק אוטומטית 12 חודשים לאחר שנרשם, גם אם החשבון נמחק לפני כן.
4. כניסה באמצעות חשבון Google
ניתן לפתוח חשבון או להיכנס אליו באמצעות חשבון Google, וכן לחבר חשבון Google לחשבון קיים. כשאתם בוחרים לעשות זאת, Google מעבירה לנו את שמכם, את כתובת האימייל שלכם, את העובדה ש-Google אימתה כתובת זו ומזהה ייחודי של חשבון Google שלכם. איננו מקבלים את סיסמת Google שלכם, ואיננו מקבלים גישה לתיבת הדואר, לאנשי הקשר, לקבצים או לכל מידע אחר בחשבון Google שלכם.
אנו משתמשים במידע זה רק כדי לפתוח את החשבון שלכם, להכניס אתכם אליו ולהציג איזה חשבון Google מחובר אליו. המידע נשמר יחד עם החשבון, לא ישמש לפרסום ולא יימכר או יועבר לצדדים שלישיים, למעט כמפורט בסעיף 6. השימוש שלנו במידע המתקבל מממשקי Google ובהעברתו כפוף ל-Google API Services User Data Policy, לרבות דרישות ה-Limited Use.
ניתן לנתק את חשבון Google בכל עת מתוך אזור החשבון (אבטחה ← חשבונות מחוברים), וכן לבטל את הגישה דרך הגדרות חשבון Google שלכם. השימוש בשירותי Google עצמם כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
5. משתתפים באירועים
החברה מפעילה פלטפורמה לאירועים משותפים (כגון haor.shelanu.co.il), שאליה מצטרפים המשתתפים מהטלפון באמצעות קוד אירוע. האירוע מתקיים ביוזמת מי שהזמין אתכם אליו (להלן: ״מארגן האירוע״), למשל מקום העבודה או הקהילה שלכם, ומופעל על גבי הפלטפורמה של החברה. ההצטרפות אינה מחייבת חשבון משתמש.
במסגרת האירוע נשמרים:
- השם שבחרתם להציג, אם בחרתם בכך (אין חובה למסור שם, ואין צורך בשם מלא);
- הקבוצה או המשפחה שאליה הצטרפתם, או שם הקבוצה שהזנתם;
- התשובות שלכם לשאלות ולמשחקים באירוע, והנקודות שצברתם;
- ההודעות והתמונות שבחרתם לשלוח;
- כתובת האימייל שלכם, רק אם בחרתם למסור אותה כדי לקבל את קישור המופע לאחר האירוע.
הודעות ותמונות שאתם שולחים נבדקות אוטומטית, באמצעות מודל בינה מלאכותית, כדי לוודא שהן מתאימות לאירוע משפחתי, ורק לאחר מכן הן מוצגות. מארגן האירוע רואה את מה שנשלח ויכול להסיר כל הודעה או תמונה. הודעות ותמונות שאושרו מוצגות על המסך הגדול באירוע, לצד השם שבחרתם להציג, וכן בדף המופע של האירוע: דף שאינו מפורסם, הנגיש למי שקיבל את הקישור אליו, למשל באמצעות קוד ה-QR שמוצג בסיום האירוע. אנא אל תשלחו הודעות או תמונות שאינכם רוצים שיוצגו בפני הקהל, ואל תשלחו תמונות של אחרים ללא הסכמתם.
המידע משמש להפעלת האירוע בלבד: הצגת התוכן במהלכו, ספירת הנקודות של הקבוצות, הפקת דף המופע ושליחת הקישור אליו. כתובת האימייל, אם מסרתם אותה, משמשת לשליחה אחת זו בלבד. המידע נשמר במאגר החברה ובשירות אחסון הקבצים שלה, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי, ואינו מועבר לצדדים שלישיים, למעט ספקי השירות המפורטים בסעיף 6 וכאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין.
המידע שמסרתם באירוע נמחק אוטומטית 12 חודשים לאחר האירוע. סיכומי הנקודות של הקבוצות נשמרים לאחר מכן, ללא שיוך אליכם. מארגן האירוע יכול למחוק את האירוע מוקדם יותר, ואז נמחק מיד כל המידע שבו. ניתן גם לפנות אלינו בבקשה למחוק את המידע שלכם (ראו סעיף 7).
6. ספקי שירות והעברת מידע לחו״ל
אנו נעזרים בספקי השירות הבאים, המעבדים מידע עבורנו ורק לצורך הפעלת השירותים:
- DigitalOcean: אחסון האתר, הפלטפורמה, מסד הנתונים והקבצים, בשרתים בפרנקפורט, גרמניה. בנוסף, שירות הבינה המלאכותית של DigitalOcean בודק את ההודעות והתמונות הנשלחות באירועים. לפי DigitalOcean, השירות אינו שומר את התוכן שנבדק ואינו משתמש בו לאימון מודלים. הבדיקה עשויה להתבצע מחוץ לאיחוד האירופי, לרבות בארצות הברית.
- Resend: שליחת הדוא״ל שלנו (כגון אימות כתובת, קישורי כניסה והודעות על פניות שהתקבלו). Resend היא חברה אמריקאית, והיא שומרת את נתוני הדוא״ל הנשלח (הנמען, הנושא והתוכן) בשרתים בארצות הברית.
- Google: כניסה באמצעות חשבון Google, למי שבוחר בה (ראו סעיף 4), וטעינת הגופנים באתר ובפלטפורמה (ראו סעיף 8).
העברת מידע לספקים מחוץ לישראל נעשית בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע למאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס״א-2001, ובכפוף להתחייבויות הספקים להגנה על המידע.
7. זכויותיכם במידע
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, אתם זכאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לבקש לתקנו אם אינו נכון, שלם או מעודכן, ולבקש את מחיקתו. כדי לממש זכויות אלה פנו אלינו דרך טופס יצירת הקשר באתר וציינו את מהות הבקשה. נטפל בבקשה בתוך זמן סביר, ובכל מקרה בתוך המועדים הקבועים בדין.
את פרטי החשבון ניתן לעדכן ולמחוק גם ישירות מתוך אזור החשבון באתר. משתתפים באירוע שמבקשים לממש זכויות אלה לגבי מידע שמסרו באירוע מתבקשים לציין בפנייתם את האירוע ואת השם שבו השתתפו.
8. עוגיות, אחסון מקומי ושירותי צד שלישי
אזור החשבון באתר משתמש בעוגיות (cookies) הכרחיות בלבד: עוגייה שמשאירה אתכם מחוברים לחשבון, שתוקפה פג לאחר 30 ימים ללא שימוש, ובכל מקרה לאחר 90 ימים או כשאתם מתנתקים; ובעת כניסה באמצעות Google, עוגייה זמנית לאבטחת תהליך הכניסה, שתוקפה 10 דקות. פלטפורמת האירועים אינה משתמשת בעוגיות: במהלך האירוע, הדפדפן שלכם שומר את ההשתתפות שלכם באירוע באחסון הזמני של הלשונית (Session Storage), הנמחק כשסוגרים אותה. שאר חלקי האתר אינם משתמשים בעוגיות, ואיננו מפעילים כלי מעקב, ניתוח או פרסום. הבחירה שלכם בשפת האתר נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם בלבד (Local Storage) כדי שהאתר ייפתח בשפה שבחרתם בביקור הבא; ניתן למחוק אותה בכל עת דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
הגופנים באתר ובפלטפורמת האירועים נטענים משירות Google Fonts. משמעות הדבר היא שהדפדפן שלכם פונה לשרתי Google ומעביר להם את הנתונים הטכניים הכרוכים בכל בקשת רשת, ובהם כתובת ה-IP שלכם. שימוש זה כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
ספק האחסון של האתר עשוי לתעד ביומני השרת נתונים טכניים על הבקשות לאתר (כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן ומועד הבקשה) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול, לפרק זמן מוגבל. כמו כן, כדי למנוע שימוש לרעה, מספר הפניות בטופס, ניסיונות הכניסה לחשבון וניסיונות ההצטרפות לאירוע מאותה כתובת IP מוגבל לפרק זמן קצר; כתובת ה-IP אינה נשמרת יחד עם הפנייה, עם פרטי החשבון או עם פרטי ההשתתפות.
9. קניין רוחני
כל התכנים באתר — טקסטים, עיצוב, סימנים, לוגו, תמונות וסרטונים — הם קניינה של החברה או של צדדים שלישיים שהתירו לה את השימוש בהם, ומוגנים בדיני זכויות היוצרים וסימני המסחר. מותר לצפות בתכנים לשימוש אישי שאינו מסחרי ולשתף קישורים לאתר. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לפרסם, לשנות או לעשות בתכנים כל שימוש מסחרי אחר בלי הסכמה מראש ובכתב מהחברה. סימני השותפים המוצגים באתר שייכים לבעליהם.
10. שימוש מותר
אתם מתחייבים לעשות באתר שימוש הוגן וחוקי בלבד. בפרט, אין:
- למסור בטופס פרטים כוזבים או פרטים של אדם אחר ללא הרשאתו;
- לשלוח דרך הטופס תוכן פוגעני, מטריד, מסחרי או שאינו קשור למטרת האתר;
- לפגוע בפעולת האתר, לעקוף את מנגנוני ההגנה שלו או לגשת אליו באמצעים אוטומטיים בהיקף החורג משימוש סביר.
11. קישורים לאתרים אחרים
האתר עשוי להכיל קישורים לאתרים של גופים אחרים. קישורים אלה מובאים לנוחותכם בלבד; החברה אינה אחראית לתוכנם, לזמינותם או למדיניות הפרטיות הנהוגה בהם, ואין בהם משום המלצה או אישור.
12. הגבלת אחריות
האתר ותכניו מוצעים כמות שהם (as is). החברה משתדלת שהמידע באתר יהיה מדויק ומעודכן ושהאתר יהיה זמין ותקין, אך אינה מתחייבת לכך. ככל שהדבר מותר על פי דין, החברה לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, שייגרם משימוש באתר, מהסתמכות על תכניו או מאי-זמינותו.
13. שירותים אחרים של החברה
מסמך זה חל על אתר shelanu.co.il, לרבות אזור החשבון בו, ועל פלטפורמת האירועים של החברה. שירותים נוספים שהחברה תפעיל יציגו את התנאים החלים עליהם.
14. שינויים במסמך
החברה רשאית לעדכן מסמך זה מעת לעת. הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם בעמוד זה, ותאריך העדכון יצוין בראשו. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר פרסום העדכון מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.
15. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על מסמך זה ועל השימוש באתר יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל עניין הנוגע להם נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.
16. פנייה אלינו
לכל שאלה על מסמך זה, על המידע שנשמר עליכם או על מימוש זכויותיכם, פנו אלינו דרך טופס יצירת הקשר באתר.

Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Welcome to shelanu.co.il (the “Site”), operated by Shelanu — a Public Benefit Company (the “Company”, “we”). This document governs the use of the Site, including its account area, and of the Company’s event platform (see section 5), and describes how we handle information submitted through them. Browsing and using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree to them, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is the Company’s informational website. It presents the initiative’s goals, principles and plans, and the ways to join it as a partner. The Site does not sell products or services and charges no fees.
The figures, targets, budgets and projections shown on the Site reflect the Company’s plans and best knowledge at the time of publication, and they may change. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a commitment, professional advice or a binding representation of any kind, and any engagement with the Company will be made under a separate written agreement.
2. The contact form and the information we collect
The Site includes a contact form. It asks for your full name and email address (required), and optionally the name of your organization or foundation and a free-text message. The Site language in which the form was filled in and the time of submission are stored with the request.
You are under no legal obligation to provide these details; doing so depends on your own free will and consent. Without a name and an email address, however, we will not be able to get back to you.
The information is collected for one purpose: to respond to your request, share the initiative’s background materials with you and manage our contact with you regarding a partnership. We will not use it for marketing mailings and will not transfer it to third parties, except:
- the service providers that host and operate the Site’s systems and our email delivery service on our behalf, solely for that purpose (see section 6);
- where required by law, a court order or a demand of a competent authority.
The details are kept in the Company’s database, hosted by a cloud provider on servers in the European Union, and access to them is limited to the Company staff who handle enquiries. When a request is received, an email containing its details is sent to the team through our email delivery service. We keep the details for as long as they are needed to manage our contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
3. Your account on the Site
In the Site’s account area (shelanu.co.il/account) you can open a user account to set up and manage the Company’s events. To open an account we ask for your full name and email address. The email address is verified through a link sent to it, and only then can you choose a password. A password is optional: instead, you can sign in with a link sent by email, or with a Google account (see section 4).
As part of the account we keep:
- your account details: name and email address, and optionally a phone number and organization name, as well as your preferred interface language;
- your password, if you chose one, in one-way encrypted form only, so that no one, including the Company’s staff, can recover it;
- the details of the events you set up, including the answers you gave when setting them up (such as the type of audience, number of participants, the event’s name, group names and the event date);
- when the account was opened, when its email address was verified, when you last signed in, and when you accepted these terms;
- for each device signed in to the account: a description of the browser and operating system, how it signed in and when it was last active, so you can see your signed-in devices and sign them out. The IP address is not stored with these details.
The email we send as part of the account is operational only: address verification, sign-in links, password resets and security notices, for example about a change of password or email address. We will not send you marketing mail without your explicit consent.
The information is used to operate your account and your events, to keep them secure, to contact you about them, and to prevent abuse. It is kept in the Company’s database, on servers in the European Union, and is not transferred to third parties except the service providers listed in section 6 and where required by law.
You can update your details and delete the account at any time from the account area. Deleting the account deletes its details, its signed-in devices and the Google account linked to it. Events you set up are not deleted automatically when the account is deleted; you can delete them from “My events” beforehand, or contact us. An account whose email address is not verified within 7 days is deleted automatically.
For security and to prevent abuse, we keep a log of sensitive account actions (such as opening an account, signing in, changing a password or email address, and deleting an account), which includes the account’s email address. Each log entry is deleted automatically 12 months after it was recorded, even if the account was deleted earlier.
4. Signing in with Google
You can open an account or sign in with a Google account, and connect a Google account to an existing one. When you choose to do so, Google shares with us your name, your email address, the fact that Google has verified that address, and a unique identifier of your Google account. We do not receive your Google password, and we get no access to your mailbox, contacts, files or any other information in your Google account.
We use this information only to open your account, sign you in, and show which Google account is connected to it. It is kept with your account, is not used for advertising, and is not sold or transferred to third parties except as set out in section 6. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the account area (Security → Connected accounts), and you can also revoke access from your Google account settings. Your use of Google’s own services is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
5. Event participants
The Company operates a platform for shared events (such as haor.shelanu.co.il), which participants join from their phones with an event code. The event is held at the initiative of whoever invited you to it (the “event organizer”), for example your workplace or community, and runs on the Company’s platform. Joining does not require a user account.
As part of the event we keep:
- the name you chose to display, if you chose one (giving a name is optional, and a full name isn’t needed);
- the group or family you joined, or the group name you entered;
- your answers to the event’s questions and games, and the points you earned;
- the messages and photos you chose to send;
- your email address, only if you chose to give it in order to receive the link to the show after the event.
Messages and photos you send are checked automatically, by an artificial intelligence model, to make sure they suit a family event, and only then are they displayed. The event organizer sees what is sent and can remove any message or photo. Approved messages and photos are displayed on the big screen at the event, next to the name you chose to display, and on the event’s show page: an unlisted page available to anyone who has its link, for example through the QR code displayed at the end of the event. Please don’t send messages or photos you don’t want shown to the audience, and don’t send photos of others without their consent.
The information is used only to run the event: displaying the content during it, counting the groups’ points, producing the show page and sending its link. Your email address, if you gave it, is used for that one email only. The information is kept in the Company’s database and file storage, on servers in the European Union, and is not transferred to third parties except the service providers listed in section 6 and where required by law.
The information you gave at the event is deleted automatically 12 months after the event. The groups’ point totals are kept after that, without being linked to you. The event organizer can delete the event earlier, and then all of its information is deleted at once. You can also contact us to ask that your information be deleted (see section 7).
6. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use the following service providers, which process information on our behalf and only to operate our services:
- DigitalOcean: hosting of the Site, the platform, the database and files, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. In addition, DigitalOcean’s artificial intelligence service checks the messages and photos sent at events. According to DigitalOcean, the service does not store the content it checks and does not use it to train models. The check may take place outside the European Union, including in the United States.
- Resend: sending our email (such as address verification, sign-in links and notices of enquiries received). Resend is a US company, and it stores the data of the email sent (recipient, subject and content) on servers in the United States.
- Google: signing in with a Google account, for those who choose it (see section 4), and loading the fonts on the Site and the platform (see section 8).
Information is transferred to providers outside Israel in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and subject to the providers’ commitments to protect it.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information held about you, to request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Site’s contact form and state the nature of your request. We will handle it within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the periods set by law.
Your account details can also be updated and deleted directly from the Site’s account area. Event participants who wish to exercise these rights over information they gave at an event are asked to name the event, and the name they took part under, in their request.
8. Cookies, local storage and third-party services
The Site’s account area uses strictly necessary cookies only: one that keeps you signed in to your account, which expires after 30 days without use, and in any case after 90 days or when you sign out; and, when signing in with Google, a temporary cookie that secures the sign-in process and expires after 10 minutes. The event platform uses no cookies: during an event, your browser keeps your place in the event in the tab’s temporary storage (Session Storage), which is cleared when you close it. The rest of the Site uses no cookies, and we run no tracking, analytics or advertising tools. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser (Local Storage) so that the Site opens in that language on your next visit; you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
The fonts on the Site and the event platform are loaded from Google Fonts. This means your browser contacts Google’s servers and transmits the technical data involved in any network request, including your IP address. That use is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
The Site’s hosting provider may record technical data about requests to the Site (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) in server logs for security and operational purposes, for a limited period. In addition, to prevent abuse, the number of form submissions, account sign-in attempts and attempts to join an event from the same IP address is limited over a short period; the IP address is not stored with the request, the account details or the participation details.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — texts, design, marks, logo, images and videos — is the property of the Company or of third parties who have licensed its use, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use and share links to the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or otherwise make commercial use of the content without the Company’s prior written consent. Partner marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
10. Acceptable use
You undertake to use the Site fairly and lawfully only. In particular, you may not:
- submit false details in the form, or another person’s details without their permission;
- send offensive, harassing, commercial or otherwise unrelated content through the form;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, circumvent its protective mechanisms, or access it by automated means beyond reasonable use.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to websites of other organizations. These links are provided for your convenience only; the Company is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and they do not imply any recommendation or endorsement.
12. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. The Company strives to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date and to keep the Site available and functioning, but does not guarantee this. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of the Site, reliance on its content or its unavailability.

14. Changes to this document
The Company may update this document from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, with the date of the update stated at the top. Continued use of the Site after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This document and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.
